Ubik Drive is a secure , model-agnostic cloud drive with a built-in private AI Assistant.

What is an "AI Assistant?"

On Ubik Drive, users interact with files in a brand new way. Traditional search bars and file structures do the job but could be better. Searching through thousands of files is challenging, and that's why we made an AI assistant that lets you chat, organize, and find your files more efficiently than traditional file managers or directories.

How is Ubik Drive "Private?"

We do not train on interaction or file data you create on Ubik Drive
We do store classification runs so users can create their feedback data.
- Over time, Ubik Drive's AI Assistant becomes tailored to the unique needs of any specific user.
Private mode to turn off all data collection and AI memory
Data encryption at rest for all our data stores
Data encryption in transit for all our network communication, internal or external
Controls and policies for whom in the company can access production systems directly
Credentials are rotated periodically and have minimal scope
We require SSO with MFA for all critical services
Software dependencies are automatically scanned for vulnerabilities
Clear separation between the control plane and the data plane
Security news and threat intelligence feeds are followed

Ubik Drive databases store files and AI history on AWS and Cloudflare, ensuring our servers' physical security. AWS is PCI-DSS and HIPAA/HITECH, FedRAMP, FIPS 140-2, and NIST 800-171 compliant. Cloudflare has SOC 2 Type II, FedRAMP Moderate, PCI DSS 3.2.1.

How do you chat with your files?

With Ubik Drive, users can chat with up to 100 files simultaneously with the AI Assistant! Chatting with files unlocks a new way to extract information from your private knowledge base. Just drag and drop your files from the file manager directly into your AI Assistant and start chatting!

Ubik Drive is currently in Private Beta, but you can sign up here to join the waitlist! The sooner you sign up, the faster you will be taken off the waitlist. Share the waitlist with your friends and peers to get taken off the waitlist sooner. We plan to make Ubik Drive available to all users by the end of summer as we refine the platform and test with our working group and early users to find the most efficient and effective version of Ubik Drive.
